Competition Period	The Promotion starts at 00:01 (ACDT) on Saturday 1 March 2025 (except that in the ACT the Promotion will start no sooner than Monday, 1 September 2025 and closes at 23:59 (ACDT) on Thursday, 26 February 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Entry Details
Participating Stores	The competition will run in the locations operated by the Promoter or a related body corporate of the Promoter within South Australia, Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, Northern Territory, New South Wales, ACT and Tasmania, as listed in Appendix 2 to these Terms and Conditions (PARTICIPATING STORES).
Eligible Entrants	Entry is open to all customers aged sixteen (16) years or older who purchase Participating Fuel Products using OTR’s App v3.3 or SPS App 1.0 or above (each an “ELIGIBLE APP”) from a Participating Store.  Before they can make a purchase via an Eligible App, Eligible Entrants need to download an ELIGIBLE APP and set up an account by following the prompts in the ELIGIBLE APP. The OTR App can be downloaded here: https://www.otr.com.au/otr-app/ and the SPS App can be downloaded here: https://www.scanpumpsave.com.au/sps/.  It is a requirement of using an ELIGIBLE APP to gain entry into this competition, that each entrant must specify and save at least one valid payment method within the ELIGIBLE APP (DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD).
Entry Instructions	For the chance to win an instant fuel discount prize, an individual must: a)     be an Eligible Entrant at the time of entry; b)     Use the Scan, Pump, Save feature in an ELIGIBLE APP to purchase and pay for a Participating Fuel Product listed in Appendix 1 of these Terms and Conditions from a Participating Store during the Competition Period (QUALIFYING PURCHASE). The instant fuel discount prize will not apply where Shell Card or OTR Card (as each defined in the ELIGIBLE APP Terms of Use) is used as the payment method for the customer’s transaction. This Competition is not valid with any other promotion, competition, fuel card or offer, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Maximum Number of Entries	Subject to a customer otherwise complying with these terms and conditions, there is no maximum number of entries per customer during the Competition Period. For the avoidance of doubt, during the Competition Period, each Qualifying Purchase entitles an Eligible Entrant to a single entry into the competition.
Winner Determination Details
Instant Win Details	Subject to correctly following the Entry Instructions, Prizes will be drawn and won instantly (as applicable) during the Competition Period. The prize allocation is randomly generated via a computerised system.  When an Eligible Entrant wins a Prize, the value of the Prize will be applied to the winner’s ELIGIBLE APP account, reducing the amount otherwise payable for their Qualifying Purchase using their Default Payment Method.  In the event that the Default Payment Method fails for any reason, or there is any other technical difficulty that results in the Promoter or a Participating Store being unable to finalise the Prize and apply it to the account of the Eligible Entrant in the Eligible App at that time, the Eligible Entrant must pay for the Qualifying Transaction in full, in store and in person before leaving the Participating Store (MANUAL PAYMENT).  Where the Eligible Entrant’s Qualifying Purchase in an ELIGIBLE APP resulted in them receiving notification of the Prize won and allocated, the Eligible Entrant will be entitled to pay the net amount for that Qualifying Purchase (being the amount remaining after the value of the Prize has been applied). If the payment for a Qualifying Purchase did fully complete in an Eligible App and did not result in a Prize being allocated, the Eligible Entrant must pay for the full amount of the Qualifying Purchase in store and in person before leaving the Participating Store. The Eligible Entrant must follow all instructions from the Promoter and its employees and representatives in relation to making the Manual Payment. Any reimbursement outside the process communicated in an ELIGIBLE APP will only be made on the Eligible Entrant’s Default Payment Method or b issuing a credit equal to the amount of the reimbursement, onto the Eligible Entrant’s ELIGIBLE APP, or by any other payment or voucher method in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Prize Details

Should an Eligible Entrant have received a 2 cent per litre discount (Prize #5) in relation to their immediately previous Qualifying Purchase and the random prize awarded for their next Prize (in connection with their next Qualifying Purchase) is also a 2 cent per litre discount (Prize #5), then their Prize for the second Qualifying Purchase will be increased.  The maximum available volume of fuel that can be won as a Prize in any one prize claim will not exceed 100 litres of fuel at any one time.  In the event that the Total Prize Pool is exhausted prior to the end of the Competition Period, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, add to the Total Prize Pool up to the value that represents a proportionate amount, taking into account the Total Prize Pool at the Commencement Date, and the time remaining for the Competition Period. *The Individual values are indicative only. Actual prize value will depend on the prevailing retail fuel price at the time of redemption, the type of fuel chosen, and the volume of fuel purchased (up to the stated litre limit for that prize).
Prize Terms	For the duration of the Competition Period, subject to full satisfaction of the Entry Instructions, each Prize that is won by an Eligible Entrant will be instantly applied to the Qualifying Purchase in the ELIGIBLE APP, and the Eligible Entrant will be notified of Prize won via the ELIGIBLE APP  Prizes are not redeemable for cash, compensation or other benefit other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Total Prize Pool	The total available prize pool is valued up to $7,560,000 (RRP inc. GST).
Notification, Publication, Verification, Delivery
Notification/Publication of Wins	Winners will be notified in writing on-screen within the ELIGIBLE APP immediately. Each prize winner valued at $250 or over will have their last name, initial of the first name and postcode published at https://www.otr.com.au/otr-app/scan-pump-save/ or https://www.scanpumpsave.com.au/sps/ from Monday, 16 March 2026 (except for any winner who requested that their name and postcode not be published).
Verification Requirements	The details of each eligible entry will be processed through the Eligible App. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Delivery Date/Prize Claim	Eligible Entrants do not need to formally claim a prize. Each prize is automatically applied upon winning. In any event, for the avoidance of doubt, all prizes must be claimed by 23:59 (ACDT) on Thursday 26 February 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (including the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.
2. The competition may be advertised on Commercial Radio, Commercial Television, YouTube, Broadcast Video on Demand, Google Programmatic Display Advertising network social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other media as determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

Entry

3. Entry is strictly limited to Eligible Entrants.
4. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. To enter, entrants must comply with the Entry Instruction during the Promotion Period.
5. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt into the relevant database.
6. The cost of accessing the promotional website or Eligible Apps will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
7. Instant winner prizes will be available to random valid entrants. Participants will be notified during their Qualifying Purchase of what prize they have won, and the prize will be awarded instantly.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any Eligible Entrant as per the Verification Requirements. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity or other defamatory statements. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, engages unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive behaviour (including any behaviour calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion), or damages the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.

Prizes

10. The prize(s) is/are specified in the Prize Details, and subject to Prize Terms (including those specified below). Total prize pool is also specified in the Schedule.
11. Prize value(s) is/are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST).

Determination and Notification

12. The winner(s) will be notified as per the Schedule. The Promoter and the companies/agencies associated with the Promotion may also publish the name(s) of the winner(s) on their website(s), in an ELIGIBLE APP and in trade publications.

Claiming Prizes

13. Each prize must be claimed instantly in accordance with instructions set out in the Schedule. If a prize is not accepted or claimed instantly (for any reason), the prize will be forfeited.

Other Terms

14. The Promoter or its related bodies corporate are not liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
15. All entrants hereby consent to the Promoter and the Promoter’s related bodies corporate using the entrant’s name in the event they are a major winner in any media for a 90-day period without remuneration for the purposes of promoting this competition, and any products or services supplied by the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
16. The Promoter, On The Run Pty Ltd, related bodies corporate of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies or companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. The Promoter, On The Run Pty Ltd, related bodies corporate of the Promoter, Participating Stores and their associated agencies and companies are not liable for (including any costs) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, network failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
18. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to properly proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, computer virus, fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or technical failure, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including the right to suspend the promotion and offer a discount, reimbursement, refund or other item equal to the monetary value of the Prize, subject to direction of the relevant authorities.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter (and its agents and related bodies corporates) collect, hold, and use the personal information of entrants for the purpose of conducting this competition, and for future promotion of the Promoter’s and its related bodies corporate goods and services in accordance with their Privacy Policies.
20. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its related bodies corporate and companies connected with this Promotion and to State/Territory authorities. If the entrant does not agree with the collection, use, holding or disclosure of their personal information, they must not enter this competition. If the entrant no longer consents to their details being used, or wish to update, modify or delete their details, the entrant should contact the Promoter.
21. For operational or risk related considerations, the Promoter may limit the amount of fuel that can be dispensed in a single transaction and/or limit the number of transactions in a given time period.

Unleaded 91, E10, Premium Unleaded 95, Shell V-Power 98, Shell V-Power Diesel, AdBlue.

Please note that LPG is excluded from this competition.
