Entry is open to all Australian residents aged sixteen (16) years or older who:

(a) download (or have already downloaded) OTR’s App v4.0 or SPS App 1.0 or above, (each an “Eligible App”);

(b) If they have not done so already, set up an account in the Eligible App, by following the prompts in the Eligible App, and provide the required consents, including the Terms of Use and the Privacy Collection Statement; and

(c) specify their preferred payment method(s) within the Eligible App, including a Mastercard card. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Entrants can specify one or more payment methods within the Eligible App, however, to qualify for this Competition, at least one of the specified payment methods must be a valid Mastercard card at the time of a Qualifying Transaction.

The directors, management, and employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter, its related entities, corporations, or franchisees (if applicable), printers, suppliers, providers, and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

For the purposes of this promotion, immediate family means a spouse (including de facto partner), parent, child, sibling, or household member of an employee of the promoter.

Each Eligible Entrant who sets up a new account an Eligible App during the Competition Period will receive one (1) entry into the Draw corresponding to the time they successfully created their account in the Eligible App.

Eligible Entrant will also receive an entry (or entries, as set out below) into a Draw if they complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

a) they are an Eligible Entrant at the time of entry; and

b) they use the Scan Pump $ave feature in an Eligible App, and select their nominated Mastercard card as the payment method in the Eligible App, to purchase and pay for, in one transaction, $25 or more worth of Participating Fuel Products listed in Appendix 1 of these Terms and Conditions from a Participating Store during the Competition Period (Qualifying Transaction).

Transactions paid using any card other than a Mastercard will not qualify for entry into this Competition.

This Competition is not valid with any other promotion, competition, fuel card or offer, unless specifically stated otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, this Competition is valid with the Scan Pump Save Promotion, available via the Eligible Apps.

Subject to a customer otherwise complying with these terms and conditions, there is no maximum number of entries per customer during the Competition Period.

Only one entry will be awarded in respect to a creation of a new account in an Eligible App per person.

Up to a maximum of four (4) entries will be awarded in respect to any one Qualifying Transaction, as set out in the Entry Instructions.

A draw will be conducted for each week of the Competition Period (each a “Draw”) for a total of seven (7) Draws. All entries received by the Promoter between 12.00am (ACDT) Wednesday and 11.59pm the following Tuesday (ACDT) each week (except for the last week, where entries close the following Sunday) of the Competition Period that comply with the Entry Instructions will be entered into the Draw for that corresponding week of the Competition Period (as applicable). Entries in each Draw will not roll over into any subsequent Draws.

The Draws will take place each week at approximately 2.00pm (AEDT) at Engage Hub, 24 Washpool Crescent, Woongarrah NSW 2259.

The following prizes will be awarded in this Promotion:

• The first valid entry drawn in each Draw will win the major prize (Major Winner).
• The next four (4) valid entries drawn in each Draw will each win minor prize #1 (Minor Prize 1 Winner).
• The next twelve (12) valid entries drawn in each Draw will each win minor prize #2 (Minor Prize 2 Winner) (together, the Winners or winners).

Major Prize Details:

Each Major Winner will win a Priceless AO26 experience package (MAJOR PRIZE) which includes:

• Return economy class flights for the Major Winner and one (1) travelling companion from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, Australia, and return transfers from Melbourne Airport to the accommodation. If the Major Winner lives within two hours driving distance from Melbourne, Australia, this element of the prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited, and such a Winner must make their own way to and from the accommodation.
• Three (3) nights’ twin-share accommodation for the Major Winner and their travelling companion in a Melbourne central business district (CBD) hotel rated at least 4 stars.
• Two (2) tickets to the Australian Open, Men’s Finals session scheduled for Sunday 1st of February 2026.

There will be one (1) Major Winner for each week of the Competition Period (7 in total). Each Major Prize is valued at up to AUD $10,000 (including GST).

Minor Prize #1 Details:

Each Minor Prize 1 Winner will win one (1) Tennis Merchandise Pack. Each tennis merchandising pack consists of the following items: a towel, hat, pair of socks and a water bottle (“Minor Prize #1”).

Each Minor Prize #1 is valued at $200 AUD (Including GST). There will be four Minor Prize 1 Winners each week of the Competition Period (28 in total).

Minor Prize #2 Details:

• Each Minor Prize 2 Winner will win one (1) digital SPS prepaid gift card valued at AUD $100 (including GST) (Minor Prize #2).
• The gift card will be provided to the winner in digital form and can be loaded into the winner’s OTR App or SPS App for use as a payment method for purchases within the Participating Stores.
• Following verification, personalised email instructions will be sent to each Minor Prize 2 Winner explaining how to load the digital gift card into their OTR App or SPS App.
  Winners must refer to the provided quick guide for instructions on adding the digital gift card to their OTR App or SPS App.

There will be twelve (12) Minor Prize 2 Winners each week of the Competition Period (84 in total).

Major Prize:

• The prize must be booked and completed as specified by the Promoter or by the supplier of the prize. Any travel provided as part of the prize must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter. The prize is subject to booking and availability and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers.
• The winner(s) and travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time, at the same capital city, using the same air carrier (unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter), and remain responsible for transport from their residence to the nearest capital city for flight departure. The winner(s) and travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel insurance (if not included in the prize) and documents (passports or visa) to travel to the relevant place(s). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel prize and any costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• If the winner/s is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian of the winner must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.
• The Promoter, and any agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, make no representation as to the safety conditions, political conditions, or other issues that may exist at any destination.
• Spending money, additional transfers and any other ancillary costs associated with taking the Major Prize are not included and are the Winner’s and their companion’s responsibility.

Minor Prize #2:

• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the SPS prepaid gift card (“the Card”) are not included. The Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Card any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet. All Prizes:

• Prizes are not redeemable for cash, compensation or other benefit other than those specified in these Terms and Conditions.
• Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the provider of the prize, including period of validity and expiry, or any booking or redemption time frames.
• Once a prize is delivered, the Promoter is not liable for any damage (whether lost, stolen, forged or tampered with) or delay occurring to the prizes.

If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.

Each Winner will be notified via the email address nominated on their OTR App or SPS App (as applicable) within one (1) week of the draw. Eligible Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to their nominated email. Winner notification emails will be from Engage Hub Ltd. Engage Hub and the Promoter take no responsibility if the winner’s notification email is diverted to the winner’s spam folder. It is the winner’s obligation to check all email correspondence. All reasonable attempts to contact the winner will be made. The email will be sent from this address: sps@comms.engagehub.com.au.

The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each WINNER of a prize valued over $250 will be published within 30 days of the final drawing of the lottery at https://scanpumpsave.com.au/sps/winners/.

All Major Prizes must be claimed by 4pm (ACDT) on Friday, 16 January 2026 and all other prizes must be claimed by Tuesday, 3 February 2026. Subject to verification requirements, prizes will be delivered within twenty-eight (28) days of the prize being awarded to the address provided by the Eligible Entrant at the time of entry.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect postal contact details being provided by the Eligible Entrant.

In the event of any unclaimed Major Prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 11am (AEDT) on Monday, 19 January 2026 at Engage Hub Ltd, 24 Washpool Crescent, Woongarrah NSW 2259 to award Major Prize(s) if unclaimed by that date, at the same time as the original Draws.

In the event any other prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 11am (AEDT) on Thursday, 5 February 2026 at Engage Hub Ltd, 24 Washpool Crescent, Woongarrah NSW 2259 to award Prize(s) if unclaimed by that date, at the same time as the original Draws.

Unclaimed Prize Draw winners (if any) will be notified in writing via email within seven (7) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
