					 What devices support the Scan Pump $ave™ App? 
							
			
			
		
						
				For the best experience, use a device running Apple iOS 15.0 or Android 10 or greater.
					 The Scan Pump $ave™ App has asked if I wish to turn on location services. Why do I need to use location services? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Location services help improve your experience in finding nearby fuel stations, and, are used to validate your location as part of enabling the fuel refill process.
					 I no longer want to use the Scan Pump $ave™ App, what do I do? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Go to your profile in the app under Account Settings and select ‘Delete Account’. A confirmation email will be sent once your account is deleted. Note that deleting your account from the Scan Pump $ave App will also delete it from the OTR App.

					 How do I change my password? 
							
			
			
		
						
				The SPS App uses email-based OTP (One-Time Password) for login. You do not need a password to access the app.
					 What payment methods can I add? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Visa, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards and Shell Card are accepted.
					 Can I make a default payment method? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Yes. In ‘My Profile’ under My Payment, select your preferred payment method.
					 How many payment methods can I add? 
							
			
			
		
						
				There’s no limit to the number of payment methods you can have attached to your account.
					 How do I opt out of promotional emails? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Deselect Email under Communication Settings in My Profile.
Troubleshooting
					 The app isn’t working. What should I do? 
							
			
			
		
						
				Try the steps again. If the issue persists, contact us via the app:
- Tap ‘Contact Us’ in the menu.
- Provide details including your device model, OS version, and the steps you took before the issue occurred.
